Through the wear and tear of dance, and before her Pilates career, Kirstie has endured a plethora of injuries, and was seeking how to prevent and manage them to keep dancing and performing at a high level. After finding Pilates, her passion grew for the modality and decided to get certified to help coach others. She trains her clients to tone, prevent and manage pain/injuries, gain flexibility, improve athletic performance, and feel amazing in everyday life, with Pilates.
